With over 25 years of expertise in the Group Insurance sector, Mike has a rich background that spans various facets of the industry. His career began with one of Canada’s leading providers, and he has also contributed his skills to a boutique provider as well as established brokerages. Before joining Montridge, Mike successfully operated his own firm, where he specialized in delivering high-level customer service to his Group Insurance clients.

Mike holds a Group Benefits Advisor (GBA) designation and is actively pursuing his Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation. Recognized as a prominent figure in the Vancouver Group Benefits Market, Mike actively participates as a member of ISCEBS.
