I went into the Sooke Rd office and was helped by Balveer D. She helped me liase with Chantel Smeysters of the Surrey office who had given me an online quote but needed more information. Between the two of them, we were able to get my contents insurance set up. Your rates and coverage far exceeds any quotes that I had previously received. In the future, all my insurance will be done with Balveer and Westland Insurance as it's not very often I have received this level of service. Jessica was great to work with as we renewed my auto insurance! Very helpful! I will say, I am not a fan of the new parking regulations at Colwood Corners. Registering my licence plate to avoid a parking fee will influence my decision to access service here!
