Bought a new camper.I called to get a quote. Had to leave message with agent. Didnt call me back. I called again and he said would get price but again I had to call. I asked for some clarification on info again never called back. I went to another insurance company. I call Westland to cancel old policy on the camper we sold. Agent was to send form to sign. When it didnt arrive, I emailed, no reply. Finally I went to office and had to ask same agent again to give me paperwork to sign. I will never deal with them again, so incompetent and frustrating
