I needed to renew my Driver's License before it expired on World Kindness Day & by coincidence also my birthday on November 13 2024. November 12 was pelting rain in Ucluelet & the computer system was down when I arrived to renew & get my DL with my new Ucluelet address. Staffer, Jeunelle LaBranche, was wonderful. I left but was informed once the system was again up & running & I was able on my second visit to Westland Insurance swiftly to be processed by Jeunelle, leaving soon after arriving with my temporary papers & confident my new DL would soon arrive in the mail. Thank you Jeunelle. Thanks too to my son, who both times kindly gave me a lift to Westland Insurance. I received great kindness from both on this eve of World Kindness Day November 13.
