It was relatively quick with only a few pauses while put on hold. All in all, took less then 15minutes. Update: I was told to name drop Ramandeep.
This is my go-to place. They are always available, and I can renew my car insurance in less than 20 minutes. Other places keep you on hold for a long time. Ramandeep, the agent I spoke with, is very quick and efficient.
