I was in Kitimat about a month ago. I drove from Surrey to pick up a vehicle. We had a heck of a time transferring the vehicle to my name because the system was down. Denise Ford was the agent. She absolutely went above and beyond for me. She called ICBC and sat on the phone for well over an hour...then the call was lost! She called her boss and figured it out so I disnt have to wait until the next day. I was there for almost 2 hours but she got it done! Thanks again Denise. The best customer service ever. Keep it up :)
