Amazing! Highly recommend getting insurance from here. I can't remember the name of the woman at the counter but I said I would write a review after being SO incredibly impressed by quick service times and how supportive this particular office has been with getting my auto-insurance renewed. Extremely fast and fantastic - they even pointed some things out and walked me through the entire process efficiently and effectively. I appreciate their patience with my questions and the lady's wonderful. 5/5 stars. You can't go wrong working with the people here and this team. If you're on the fence about insurance and have just moved to Dawson Creek, Westland Insurance is the place to go. Several years now, and they've been incredibly reliable, supportive, and welcoming. As stated before - highly recommended.

Purchasing isn’t everyone’s favourite thing to do, so when it comes time to renew the car or house insurance you want to deal with someone that will help you and not talk to you like a police interrogator. Thats why I will continue to choose Westland. They have proven to me that they have the leadership qualities that attract high quality people that will put in the work to get you what you need. In other experiences elsewhere I have often hit roadblocks and get told no or thats not possible . At Westland I hear “let me figure this out”. Bree helped me in Dawson Creek and put in the effort. Thank you for a positive experience.
