The odometer reading submitted last year for the low-mileage discount was inadvertently typed incorrectly and in fact exceeded the odometer reading submitted for this year. By calling ICBC and waiting patiently ‘on hold’, she reached a person that was able to help. The end result was a very satisfied WESTLAND Insurance,, Bowen Island customer. This is why I enjoy going into the office to renew my insurance each year.
