I would like to recommend Pam Penner for any of your personal insurance needs. I had been trying to renew my house insurance and worked with three different brokers, and found it to be a very confusing process. Most of the brokers I worked with took little time to explain their packages, and it made me feel quite uneducated and not clear on why some things were costed the way they were. Pam took the time to listen and find me the best options that I had. She explained all the nuances and best of all always made me feel comfortable when I wasn't understanding a part of the process. She was incredibly patient and kind, and managed to save me almost an additional 20% from other brokers. Honestly one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a long time, and in insurance it was the best. I will be working with Westland, and specifically Pam, from now on for all my insurance needs. For the executive in Westland, it would be great if you could recognize her for her work. Thank you again!!
